
Mechlorethamine Injection is an alkylating formulation that is prescribed for treatment of prostate cancer. It is known to work by cross-linking two DNA strands and prevent their replication. Also known as chlormethine, it has molecular formula C5H11Cl2N with a molar mass of 156.05 g/mol. This injection can be administered via intravenous or intrapericardial routes by trained nurses or physicians.
