Teniposide is a chemotherapeutic medication used in the treatment of childhood acute lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, certain brain tumours, and other types of cancer.
USES:
This medication is used with other anti-cancer drugs to treat leukemia and certain cancers. Teniposide works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cell
HOW TO USE:
This medication is given by slow injection into a vein by a health care professional over at least 30 to 60 minutes, usually once or twice a week or as directed by your doctor.

See also Warning section.Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, and pain/redness at the injection site may occur. Nausea and vomiting can be severe. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe medication to prevent or relieve nausea and vomiting.
